His purview of practice centers particularly in corporate matters, real-estate transactions, commercial transactions with emphasis in corporate financing, strategic transactions, civil and commercial litigation.
He has worked for the most prestigious and relevant law firms and one of the largest consumer goods manufacturer in Ecuador. He participated in various of the most transcendental financial transactions in Ecuador and in various significant M&A. He has vast experience structuring Real Estate Projects, Joint Ventures, Trust funds and financial instruments.
